ARCHITECTURAL Review Authority:   All residents benefit from the proper planning and design of exterior alterations. The intent of design control is to assure residents that the standards of design quality will be maintained. This in turn protects property values and enhances Keegans Wood's overall environment.

BEFORE ANY EXTERIOR WORK IS STARTED:   Must be approved by the Architectural Review Authority. A resident is required to fill out the Architectural Review Application and submit it to the board for approval. For your convenience, a hard copy of the Summary of Deed Restrictions are available at the Keegans Wood office. Please call the office at 281.568.7554 if you have further questions.

GOVERNING DOCUMENTS :  The Covenants, Deed Restrictions and Bylaws are our governing documents. When purchasing a home, a copy is given at closing. For an original copy, please contact the
Keegans Wood office.

CLUBHOUSE RENTAL:   The Clubhouse is available for rent to Keegans Wood residents. Must be in good standing, no violations, assessments paid. Deposit Fee: $400.00 Refundable Rental Fee: $150.00 Security Fee: $20.00 per hour.

Reminders:   Please be respectful of your neighbors. When walking, cycling or riding through our neighborhood, please do not litter and pick up after your pet. Obey the State of Texas Leash Law and Noise Ordinance Law. Stay off people's lawns and property. Walking or riding on your neighbors lawn is disrespectful. People take pride in their property. Please use the sidewalk.
